“Learn the actions needed to learn handstands, forearm balances, headstands and shoulder stands.”Learn the foundations of these most essential asanas as you apply them to your own life and practice. Whether you are newer to Iyengar Yoga or have been practicing for a longer time, this class will give you the opportunity to learn, assess, and use your skills of awareness with confidence for long-term benefits.
These asanas reverse the effects of gravity on our entire body and especially our organs and glands, creating space for health and vitality.
We will work on Handstand, Forearm Balance, Headstand, and Shoulder stand. [All levels welcome] Time:2:00-4:30 PM COST: $55 early registration, $65 drop-in. WSYS Members: $44 early registration, $52 drop-in.
