Private Instruction
If you would like to share your yoga journey with a friend or partner, small group rates (3 or fewer) are available.
Private instruction will be held at a studio in Sebastopol.
Optional home instruction upon request.

- Help with scoliosis, pregnancy, knee issues, back pain, neck and shoulders, hips, headaches, depression, and more!
- Design a home practice for your specific physical needs and personal goals in a private setting.
- Get comfortable with the basics before beginning group classes.
- Work on certain poses that are currently challenging for you.
- Learn modifications for poses and when to use props.
- Or, simply work in a more focused way to deepen your practice...
