Release the old and usher in the new as you connect with yourself and others in a safe and supportive community. This retreat will set the tone for your year ahead. With the beginning of any new phase of life, it is important to pause and look inward. This 1 day retreat is an explorative, and transformative experience at a gorgeous retreat center in Sonoma County. Experience asana, pranayama, yoga philosophy, community, wellness and nature. Organic vegetarian lunch included.
