Through physical activation and practice we will explore and expand using our body as our guide. Tessa will lead you through an all levels yoga class. Olissa will take you through a guided mediation and AfroGrooves dance session. Whether you can join us on our Mexico retreat or not, get a taste of our De Tierra experience.
