Enjoy delicious fresh food at award-winning Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant. You will be served an abundant breakfast buffet daily, as well as a tasty lunch and dinner. They use fresh food and locally grown vegetables and a variety of spices grown on the island. The meals are all vegetarian and vegan. Please let the retreat leader know at the time of your booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Yoga & AfroFusion Dance
There will be three sessions each day focusing on Iyengar Yoga with Tessa and AfroFusion Dance & Pilates with Olissa. We'll dive deep into technique, restoration, body care, & individual expression.
The dance sessions will be high energy, dynamic, and empowering, while the yoga will be expansive, restorative, and strengthening.
You will have ample free time to relax, receive treatments, soak in one of the pools, beach walk, excursions, go inwards, and make life long connections with other soulful women.
The practice is open to all levels as there will be several options given including ways to deepen for those advanced practitioners and modifications for those beginning.
